Class resumed today. I got a bit of a scare when I visited Carlos' office beforehand and found out that they have been working on that "optional extra" question. But all fear is gone when the professor wrote down that question for assignment 2. Ok, not too bad, I guess. It's nice to be back to a group environment instead of spending time on my own all the time.

Just a thought on the subject of honesty in "instant messenger" type things. I have been able to talk to people who were "idle," "busy," "not available," and the most common one, "away from computer." Think of it literally, it's kind of funny. But really, why do people do that? Ok, I can probably think of a reason why, but it just boggles my mind a little bit. I won't generalize this to society level, though...

The number of visitors to this site has been, as I have predicted, slowly back to normal now. That's good, I think.
