I pretty much wasted today to sleeping, eating, internet, and television. Yikes. I don't know, it's kind of hard to recover from a deep slump. Anyway, started to do some thinking in the research department, which I haven't done for more than two weeks now.

As always, very little human contact today. The only things I've said to anybody are "hey" and "see ya" to Alan... So sad.

It's bad that I have lots of addictions...
