Question...

Should I sign the contract that says I will move into Columbia Lake Townhouses next term?

Pros
--> That's guarantee housing. No need to worry where to stay.
--> Low cost (for at least next term anyway).
--> No worries about furniture, phone, internet connection etc..

Cons
--> It will be smaller space, shared with 3 other unknown people. Less privacy.
--> Far from campus.

I need to make a decision before Monday February 2 (which is like 4 days away)...sigh...don't know what to do here... I'm leaning towards just signing the contract and forget about it, but I really don't know...
