Today's office hour: 4 people came (well, one of them came in late, but that's ok). I got a girl, a guy, Fred, and some other guy whose initial is ZZ... That last guy has some speech impediment, but he is great to work with. From his name, I knew he was one of the brighter students in class, so that's great. The other guy pretty much knows everything (except for the tiny thing he asked me about), and is quite serious about the course. I mean, working all night on a question (which now he found out has been changed)? Wow... Too bad I didn't ask for his name...I could guess, though. The girl pretty much didn't have an idea of how to do the assignment, so I can only help so much. Fred, well, is not buying my jokes. So overall, back to a normal office hour. No more need to stand in front of the blackboard! Yay!

I have a sort-of bad feeling about the trip to Toronto later today. Not sure what purpose it would serve, actually...

Had a surprise birthday party for Thian-Peng, which, for some unknown reason, was actually a surprise! I guess one of the reasons is that Francis is not here...hehe. Hey, I don't think Francis reads this, right?

More bad news: Keane failed his driving test. Roger didn't get my KWCACMYFBBS cancelling email until it's too late. I did nothing but bad things again. Sigh...

A late addition to some anecdotes that happened on Wednesday. Adrian was in the office talking with Alex about 351 things. In the middle somewhere, he said to me "you said the midterm is easy!" And I hang my head in shame...hehe. Ok, lots of background stories that I won't go through, but to me, that was really funny. Funny guy, Adrian. Oh, by the way, he got 20/40...
